Born and raised in Southern California, Victoria graduated from the University of California, Irvine and received a Master's of Business Administration with an emphasis in leadership, public speaking and interpersonal relations. 

With a passion for math and science, she worked as a pharmaceutical auditor for over 10 years until she left the corporate world to raise her children, and to be more involved in the classroom. 

Enter balloon twisting! Victoria started twisting balloons as a hobby to volunteer at local preschool events. Over 7 years, these classroom visits evolved into educational workshops and enrichment courses.   

As a professional balloon artist, Victoria seeks to bring meaningful enrichment to people of all ages and backgrounds.
